1. "That the CIO be wound up voluntarily".

2. "That Kenneth Webster Marland (IP number 8917) and Andrew Peter Smith (IP number 19210) of Harrisons, Totemic House, Springfield Business Park, Caunt Road, Grantham NG31 7FZ, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up".
