Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 14.28 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (as amended), that I, Richard Paul Rendle, the Administrator of the above named, intend paying a first and final dividend in respect of the Preferential claims of Preferential creditors within two months of the last date of proving specified below.
