The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (East) (No.47) Order 2019" authorising the stopping up of a rectangular shaped south-western part width of Tanner Street which lies adjacent to Tanner House at Thetford, in the District of Breckland to enable development as permitted by Breckland Council, under references 3PL/2015/0912/LB and 3PL/2015/0910/F.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/3931) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Thetford Library, Raymond Street, Thetford IP24 2EA.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 13 November 2019 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
