ASSIGNMENT OF SHARE OF LIMITED PARTNER
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 7 November 2019, Mitsubishi Estate London Limited transferred the whole of its interest in MEC London Property 3 LP to PA Trustee (Jersey) 3 Limited (in its capacity as trustee of MEC London Property 3 Unit Trust) and therefore ceased to be a partner in the Partnership.
