Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 08/10/2019 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11/10/2019, I, Kelvin Rudvin Koylass of 19 Cissbury Road, Tottenham, London, N15 5PU, Single and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 7(1)(a) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rudvin Kelvin Koylass and assumed the name of Kelvin Rudvin Koylass.
