Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 08/10/2019 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11/10/2019, I, Sarah Olga Gray of 35 Coleherne Road, London, SW10 9BS, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Sarah Gray Covington and assumed the name of Sarah Olga Gray.
