Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18/01/2019 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10/10/2019 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Poppy Florence Ward who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Poppy Florence Sambrooks and assumed the name of Poppy Florence Ward.
