McKechnie Pension Trust Limited, the Trustee of the Plan, hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Plan is being wound up following the transfer of assets to the Honeywell UK Pension Scheme on 1 April 2019 (when the Plan and the Honeywell UK Pension Scheme merged). Schemes which in the past merged into the Plan are listed below.

Any beneficiary of the Plan or any other person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to any benefit from, or interest in the Plan is requested to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement no later than 2 months from the date of this notice to McKechnie Pension Trust Limited, c/o Mrs Claire Porter, Mercer Limited, The Paragon, Counterslip, Bristol, BS1 6BX. If you are seeking to claim an entitlement you should provide details of your full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number and any relevant documentation supporting your claim.

Following the expiry of 2 months from the date of this notice, the Plan will be wound up and the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements the Trustee has notice. The Trustee will not be liable to any other person claiming an entitlement who has failed to notify the Trustee before the above date.

Any individuals who have already been contacted by the Trustee in February 2019 regarding the merger of the McKechnie Pension Plan with the Honeywell UK Pension Scheme should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
