Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 08/01/2019 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 26/09/2019, I, Ellen McRoberts-Tabback, of 1 Clock Cottage 57 Stoke Road, Stoke D'Abernon, Surrey, KT11 3PS, Married/Civil Partnership, British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ellen Tabback and assumed the name of Ellen McRoberts-Tabback.
