At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Emerald House, 20-22 Anchor Road, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 8PH on 2 September 2019, the following resolutions were passed: as Ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions

1. That the present Joint Liquidators, being Paul William Harding and Graham Lindsay Down of tri group, Suite 1, Canon Court East, Abbey Lawn, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, Shropshire SY2 SDE intend to resign and that they shall be replaced by Christopher Humphrey Ison Moore of K J Watkin & Co as sole Liquidator as soon as possible following the Meeting of Members;

2. That the summary of the resigning Liquidators Receipts and Payments Account covering the period 30 September 2016 to 28 August 2019 should be received and agreed by the Members of the Company;

3. That Mr C H I Moore, of K J Watkin & Co., Emerald House, 20-22 Anchor Road, Aldridge, Walsall, WS9 8PH, be appointed Liquidator of the Company; and

4. That the replacement Liquidator's fees will be charged as a fixed amount of £2,000 plus disbursements and VAT.
