THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (PARKING PLACES, ZONE “M”) (AMENDMENT NO. 17) ORDER 2019
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham made the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Hammersmith and Fulham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 92 Order 2019 will be to further amend the Hammersmith and Fulham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Consolidation) Order 2008 so that waiting and/or loading restrictions will be amended and/or introduced and/or revoked in certain lengths of Emlyn Road, Hammermsith Grove and Ravenscourt Gardens.
3. The general effect of the above Parking Places Order will be to further amend its parent order in so far that parking places will be amended and/or introduced and/or revoked in certain lengths of Ravenscourt Gardens.
4. The above mentioned orders shall come into operation on Monday 2nd September 2019.
5. For a period of 6 weeks from the day on which the Orders are made, a copy of all Orders and a copy of the Councils statement of reasons for making the Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected during normal office hours by contacting the Parking Policy Team, Transport and Highways, Town Hall Extension, King Street, London W6 9JU.
6. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
