Notice is hereby given that on 8 July 2019 a petition was presented to the Court of Session (“the Court”) at the instance of David Alan Milroy and Jennifer Beth Milroy both residing at Swallow Craig, Kilmundy Steading, Burntisland, Fife, KY3 0AQ and Richard Ian Gillespie and Kirsty Wallace Gillespie both residing at Hoch-Ma-Toch, Kilmundy Steading, Burntisland, Fife, KY3 0AQ for orders to be made under section 1021 of the Companies Act 2006 for the vesting of disclaimed property rights relating to the Kilmundy Steading development, Burntisland being the subjects registered in the Land Register under title number FFE69756 following the dissolution of Summerhall (Kilmundy) Limited (SC268564).

By orders dated 10 July and 30 July 2019, the Court ordered notice of the petition to be advertised and allowed all persons claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, at the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within 21 days of the date of this notice.
