WHEREAS ROUTE 66 MOTORCYCLE TRAINING LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC546156 was dissolved on 26 February 2019; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Route 66 Motorcycle Training Ltd was the Tenant under a Lease between In-Site Property Solutions Limited and the said Route 66 Motorcycle Training Ltd, dated 13 and 17 both days of July 2018, of ALL and WHOLE the subjects known as Unit 3 and Yard, Flemington Industrial Park, Craigneuk Street, Motherwell ML1 2NT; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Route 66 Motorcycle Training Ltd came to my notice on 24 July 2019: Now THEREFORE I, DAVID BRYCE HARVIE, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
