We, Dean Watson (IP No. 009661) and Gary N Lee (IP No. 009204) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY were appointed as Joint Administrators on 28 September 2018.

The Joint Administrators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company by virtue of the prescribed part fund of any net floating charge property. The value of the prescribed part is £8,157.64. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 13 August 2019. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the Company, unless they have already done so, are required on or before the 13 August 2019 (”the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Administrators, whose contact details are below.
