Stirling Square Capital Partners Second Fund Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 June 2019, Stepstone Pioneer Capital Europe Opportunities Fund 1B, L.P. Incorporated, Stepstone International Investors III-SPV, L.P. and Stepstone International Investors III, L.P. have each transferred their entire interest as limited partner in Stirling Square Capital Partners Second Fund Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP012516, to HPT VI Holdings SLP which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership. Consequently, HPT VI Holdings SLP has been admitted as new limited partner in the Partnership and Stepstone Pioneer Capital Europe Opportunities Fund 1B, L.P. Incorporated, Stepstone International Investors III-SPV, L.P. and Stepstone International Investors III, L.P. have been withdrawn as a limited partners in the Partnership.
