Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 26 June 2019, MTN Investments Limited (the "Departing Limited Partner") transferred all of its interest held in Amadeus TI LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017046 to the following entities (together, the "New Limited Partners") in the following proportions:

70.0017% to HarbourVest Dover Street IX Investment L.P.

6.7739% to HV XI Secondary L.P.

5.9911% to HarbourVest 2018 Global Associates L.P., acting on behalf of HV 2018 Global Investment L.P.

9.9003% to HabourVest 2018 Associates L.P., acting on behalf of HarbourVest Secondary 2018 Private Equity Partners L.P.

1.1327% to HarbourVest AP7 PE Investment L.P.

1.7880% to HarbourVest Summit Hill Fund L.P.

0.3612% to KPI-HarbourVest Multi-Strategy Investment Holdings LLC

0.3612% to KPS-HV Fund I Associates L.P., acting on behalf of KPS-HarbourVest Multi-Strategy Fund I L.P.

2.4501% to HarbourVest 2017 Holdings LLC

1.2938% to HarbourVest 2017 Global AIF L.P.

and that with effect from 26 June 2019, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partners each became a limited partner in the Partnership.
