Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Core Europe Holdings L.P., a limited partnership whose registered office is at c/o Core Europe GP Interests Holdings LLC, 1370 Avenue of the Americas, 22nd Floor, New York, NY 10019, has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Equistone Partners Europe Fund III "E" L.P. (the "Partnership"), to SP Duet Acquisitions L.P. (represented by its general partner, SP Duet Acquisitions GP LLC), a limited partnership whose registered office is at 345 Park Avenue, 32nd Floor, New York, NY 10154, with effect from 28 June 2019 (the "Effective Date"). Consequently, SP Duet Acquisitions L.P. (represented by its general partner, SP Duet Acquisitions GP LLC) has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership from the Effective Date.
