Notice under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

that The Salmon and Caxton Pension Fund (the “Pension Fund”)

is being wound up and any member, other beneficiary or anyone

else having a claim against the Pension Fund or anyone else

claiming to be beneficially interested in the Pension Fund

(who has not already been contacted by the trustees to confirm

their benefits are secured) is required to send written particulars

of such claim or interest to the trustees c/o their solicitors,

Knocker & Foskett Solicitors of The Red House 50 High Street

Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1JL (Ref: JW/G3094-0001) on or before two months

from the date of this notice. After that date, the trustees will

proceed to wind up the Pension Fund having regard only to claims

and interests of which they have had notice and will not be liable

to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
