Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27/04/2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10/06/2019, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of HAIDEE ROSE BLACKWELL, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of HAIDEE ROASE SMITH and assumed the name of HAIDEE ROSE BLACKWELL.
