Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE CHATSWORTH SETTLEMENT PENSION SCHEME 2001
Notice is given, under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Chatsworth Settlement Pension Scheme 2001 ("the Scheme") are in the process of winding-up the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by the Trustees of the Chatsworth Settlement or any associated employers, and were members of the Scheme, or had otherwise previously been members or beneficiaries of the Scheme.
If you were an employee of the Trustees of the Chatsworth Settlement or any associated employers and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme, or if you believe you have any other interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Scheme, and in either case you have not recently been contacted by the Trustees, please contact the Trustees of the Chatsworth Settlement Pension Scheme 2001 care of The Estate Office, Edensor, Bakewell, Derbyshire DE45 1PJ or email chatsworthadmin@xpsgroup.co.uk within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date, the Trustees will have regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
