Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 and section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that on 28 June 2019, Strategic Partners III RE Holdings, L.P. (formerly CSFB Strategic Partners III RE Holdings, L.P.) has transferred all the interest held by it in Europe Fund III, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with number LP011126, to VREP Beethoven Foreign Holdings LP and Strategic Partners III RE Holdings, L.P. has ceased to be a limited partner in Europe Fund III, L.P.
