PBSA SEVENTH LETTING LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 21 June 2019 PBSA Seventh Property Unit Trust has transferred 100% of its interest in PBSA Seventh Letting LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with company number LP018232 (the Partnership) to PBSA Enigma S.a.r.l. (as to 99.99% of its interest) and PBSA Sphinx S.a.r.l. (as to 0.01% of its interest). As a result of this transfer, PBSA Seventh Property Unit Trust ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and PBSA Enigma S.a.r.l. and PBSA Sphinx S.a.r.l. have become limited partners of the Partnership.
