NOTICE OF PROPOSED HIGHWAY STOPPING UP ORDER UNDER THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTIONS 247 AND 252
LAND AT 155 STAINES ROAD HOUNSLOW TW3 3JB
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Sections 247 and 252 of the above Act authorising the stopping up of highways at land at 155 Staines Road Hounslow TW3 3JB as described in the First Schedule, namely land to the north of the site forming 11.1m of the Northern Boundary, 12.6m of the Eastern Boundary, 10.7m of the Southern Boundary, and 14.0m of the Western Boundary with overall area of 142.8m2 in the London Borough of Hounslow comprising the area shown in red on the plan annexed to the order (“the Plan”).
IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted to 155 Staines Road Limited of Top floor Bridge Water House 866-868 Uxbridge Road Hayes UB4 0RR by the London Borough of Hounslow on 16 September 2015 under reference number 01054/155-159/PA3.
COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED between 09.00 and 17.00 hours during a period of 28 days commencing on 21st June 2019 at the London Borough of Hounslow, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW3 3EB. Please contact the council at traffic@hounslow.gov.uk or on 020 8583 3322 to arrange an appointment to view the Draft Order or for a copy to be sent by post. The draft Order is also available on the Council’s website under traffic notices.
ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order within the period of 28 days commencing on 21st June 2019 by writing to the Head of Traffic, Transport, and Environmental Strategy, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW3 3EB, quoting reference:

In preparing an objection, it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it. If no objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may make the Order as an unopposed Order.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Areas of Highway to be stopped up:-
Land to the north of the site forming 11.1m of the Northern Boundary, 12.6m of the Eastern Boundary, 10.7m of the Southern Boundary, and 14.0m of the Western Boundary with overall area of 142.8m2 and shown in red on the Plan annexed.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Development:-
Change of use of the existing premises from offices (B1) to provide 23 self-contained residential flats.
