DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES – SCHEDULE 203 THE CROYDON (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (NO.6) TRAFFIC ORDER 2019
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 27 May 2019 made the above Traffic Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to:
(a) Revoke the disabled parking places outside No.50 Bredon Road, Croydon, outside No.8 Broomhall Road,South Croydon, outside No.22 Buller Road, Thornton Heath, outside No.9 Berne Road, Thornton Heath, outside No.50 Park Road,South Norwood, outside No.65 Shepherds Way, South Croydon, outside No.18 Ramsey Road, Thornton Heath, outside No.2A Marion Road, Thornton Heath, outside No.41 Wharncliffe Gardens, South Norwood.
(b) Designate new parking places at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons’ badge may be left without charge or time limit in:

3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 03 June 2019 and of all associated Orders can be inspected from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, at the “Access Croydon” Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.
4. Copies of the Order may be obtained from Order Making Section, Parking Design Team, 6th Floor Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA.
5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
