Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to assignations of the respective Limited Partnership interests referred to in the schedule attached hereto, the transferors detailed in the schedule attached transferred to the respective transferees the various interests held by such transferors in FIM Forest Fund I LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6597 and such transferor ceased to be limited partners and such transferors became limited partners in FIM Forest Fund I LP.
