Notice is given under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"), that the Company was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Catherine Lee-Baggaley (IP No. 9534) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited (formerly Silke & Co Ltd), 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 26 April 2017.

Notice is hereby give, that the Joint Liquidators of the Company intend to make a first and final distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 22 July 2019 by sending full details of their claim to the Joint Liquidators at 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Joint Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Joint Liquidators deem necessary.

The intended distribution is a first and final distribution and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 22 July 2019. A creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to participate in the intended distribution, which will be made within two months of the last date for proving.
