WHEREAS EDINBURGH HOSPITALITY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC497616 was dissolved on 17 April 2019; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Edinburgh Hospitality Limited was the Tenant under a Lease between Bill Cowan, Catherine Louise Cowan and the said Edinburgh Hospitality Limited, dated 30 June and 23 July both of the year 2015 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 21 August 2015, of ALL and WHOLE the subjects known as and forming 4 and 6 Nicolson Street, Edinburgh; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Edinburgh Hospitality Limited came to my notice on 10 May 2019: Now THEREFORE I, DAVID BRYCE HARVIE, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
