NOTICE IS GIVEN by the Joint Liquidators, Nicholas W Nicholson and Dominic Dumville, to the members of Ayesha Khan Medics Ltd ("the Company"), that pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, a general meeting of the Members of the Company will be held at the offices of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 4PL on 10th June 2019 at 11.00 am for the purposes of having an Account laid before the Members, and to receive the Liquidators' report, showing how the winding up of the Company has been conducted and is properly disposed of, and approving the following resolutions:-

1. That the conduct of the winding up as represented by the Joint Liquidators' Receipts and Payments be approved.

2. That the Joint Liquidators should have their release under Section 147 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.
