Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that ASF Hansa Acquisition L.P. (the "Transferor") transferred and assigned 100% of its partnership interests in the Partnership to SP Duet Acquisitions L.P. (the "Transferee"). Consequently, the Transferor has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferee has been admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner in the Partnership.
