This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Nicholas Cusack, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the for purpose of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Administrator's Statement of Proposals; 2. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee. 3. The approval of the Administrator's fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs and 4. The timing of the Administrator's discharge.
