Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, and with effect from 31 March 2019 (the “Effective Date”), GKN Group Pension Trustee Limited (as trustee of the GKN Group Pension Scheme 2012) (the “Transferor”) transferred (i) the entirety of its interest in Asper Renewable Power Partners L.P. (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010721) (the (“Partnership”) to Carne Global Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited in its capacity as manager of Cardano Solution Fund 13, Carne Global Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited in its capacity as manager of Cardano Solution Fund 14, Carne Global Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited in its capacity as manager of Cardano Solution Fund 15 and Carne Global Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited in its capacity as manager of Cardano Solution Fund 16 (the “Transferees”). Consequently, on the Effective Date, the Transferees were admitted as limited partners in the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
