ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA
RCHANGES TO CERTAIN OFF-STREET RBKC HOUSING PARKING BAY PROVISIONS IN THE HENRY DICKENS COURT ESTATE
THE KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA (HOUSING ESTATES) (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES AND WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2019
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on 28th March 2019 have made the above-mentioned Order under sections 35 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the general effect of which will be in respect of the following off-street housing estates, to -
(a) Henry Dickens Court Estate – convert RBKC Housing resident permit holders parking bay No. 4 to RBKC Housing disabled bay HDC 14; and
(b) Henry Dickens Court Estate – convert RBKC Housing disabled bay HDC 14 to RBKC Housing resident permit holders parking bay No. 6.
2. Copies of the Order, which will come in to operation on 1st April 2019, and of all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks from the date the Order was made at Room 308, Council Offices, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, 37 Pembroke Road, London W8 6PW.
3. Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
