Notice is hereby given that annual meetings of members and creditors of Cape Distribution Limited - In Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY on12 April 2019 at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of laying before them an account of the Joint Liquidators' acts and dealings in the conduct of the winding up in the preceding year pursuant to Section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

A member or creditor entitled to attend the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor.
