WHEREAS RICHARD STEWART SPECIALIST CARS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC476311 was dissolved on 12 September 2017; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Richard Stewart Specialist Cars Limited was the tenant under a Lease between A B Z Properties Limited and the said Richard Stewart Specialist Cars Limited, dated 30 September and 23 October and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 5 November all dates in 2014, of ALL and WHOLE the premises at 11 St Ninians Drive, Edinburgh being the subjects more particularly described in Land Certificate Title Number MID89624; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Richard Stewart Specialist Cars Limited came to my notice on 1 May 2018: Now THEREFORE I, DAVID BRYCE HARVIE, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
