Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 28 February 2019, Vorsorgeeinrichtung der Suva (the "Transferor") transferred its interest as a limited partner in 3i Europartners Vb LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP011420, to Matisse 401, LP, an existing limited partner in the Partnership.
