WHEREAS ESCALE FRANCE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC459784 was dissolved on 25 September 2018; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Escale France Limited was the tenant under a lease between Aberdeen Shopping Centre Limited and the said Escale France Limited, dated 5 and 21 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 27 all dates in March 2014, of the subjects comprising ground floor and basement premises known as Unit 3, 127 George Street, Aberdeen; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Escale France Limited came to my notice on 29 January 2019: Now THEREFORE I, DAVID BRYCE HARVIE, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the tenant’s interest under the said lease.
