Amadeus III L.P.

Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, on 14 February 2019: each of (i) Lexington Partners VI Holdings, L.P.; (ii) Suffolk Life Trustees Limited and (iii) StepStone Pioneer Capital Europe I LP, Incorporated transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership, represented by capital contributions of GBP 7, GBP 10, and GBP 66.50 respectively to a new limited partner, Matisse 401, LP, acting through its general partner Matisse GP Limited, and then subsequently ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
