Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 15th February 2019 it made these Orders which will:

1. Introduce 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of road as set out in the schedule of this notice.

2. Introduce a 30 minute time limit on Blue Badge holders parking within the permit holder parking places that for part of the Ruislip Lido Parking Management Scheme Zone RL2.

3. Impose 'Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 2.30pm to 4.30pm' waiting restrictions in Avondale Drive, Hayes on the northeast side of the road between the existing double yellow lines between the junctions with Coldharbour Lane, Cotmans Close & Hitherbroom Road.

4. Install an additional Zone IC permit holder parking place on High Road, Ickenham within the service road fronting The Pump adjacent to the pond, Ickenham operational '9am to 7pm everyday'. Extend existing single yellow line northwest of the above parking place up to the existing waiting restrictions on the southeast side of the main carriageway.

5. Remove the Zone N permit holder parking place outside No. 2 Drysdale Close, Northwood and replace with 'Monday to Friday 1pm to 2pm' waiting restrictions.

6. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Opposite No. 43 Hilliard Road, Northwood

ii) Outside No. 68 Monmouth Road, Hayes

iii) Outside No. 94a Seaton Gardens, Ruislip

iv) Outside No. 126 Clyfford Road, Ruislip

v) Outside No. 1 Blenheim Parade, Uxbridge Road, Hillingdon

7. Convert the Zone SR permit holder parking place outside Nos. 28b Edwards Avenue, Ruislip to a blue badge disabled parking bay.

8. Remove the following redundant blue badge disabled parking bays:

i) Outside No. 244 Whitby Road, Ruislip

ii) Outside No. 7 Ash Grove, Hayes

iii) Outside No. 33 Bryony Close, Uxbridge

iv) Outside No. 35 Granville Road, Hayes

v) Outside No. 14 Kingston Lane, West Drayton

vi) Outside No. 61 Great Central Avenue, South Ruislip (convert to permit holder parking)

9. Extend the existing 20mph zone on The Greenway, Uxbridge to include the rest of the road between the junctions of Cleveland Road and Cowley Road with raised road tables with a height of 75mm and 1:20 gradient ramps on each approach at the following locations along The Greenway:

i) 66 metres east of the junction with Cowley Road.

ii) 22 metres west of the junction with Alexandra Road.

iii) 68 metres east of the junction with Elthorne Road.

10. Extend the length of Zone U1 permit holder parking place at the southern end of Braybourne Close, Uxbridge near the junction with High Street and install a passing place within the middle of the existing space to ensure access is not compromised.

11. Install an additional Zone U1 permit holder parking place in the section of Braybourne Close, Uxbridge between Nos. 65 and 66.

Copies of these Orders which will come into operation on 25th February 2019 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from Resident Services Directorate, telephone number 01895 250631. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE - Installation of 'at any time' waiting restrictions

CENTRAL AVENUE, HAYES - All sides of the roundabout at the junction with Townfield Road.

TOWNFIELD ROAD, HAYES - All sides of the roundabout at the junction with Central Avenue.

FIELD END ROAD, RUISLIP - West side, between the zebra crossing and bus stop north of Brackenhill.

YORK AVENUE, HAYES - At the junction with Judge Heath Lane.

JUDGE HEATH LANE, HAYES - At the junction with York Avenue.

HONEYCROFT HILL, UXBRIDGE - Extend the existing double yellow lines from the entrance of the TA Centre up to the existing double yellow lines near the junction with Park Road.

PORTMAN GADENS, UXBRIDGE - The junction between Nos. 4 and 12 Portman Gardens.

SOUTHBOURNE GARDENS, EASTCOTE - Southwest of the junction with Mansfield Avenue.

GLEDWOOD DRIVE, HAYES - Extend the existing double yellow lines to outside Nos. 47 and 49 Gledwood Drive.

LABURNUM ROAD, HAYES - At the junction with Roseville Road.

ROSEVILLE ROAD, HAYES - At the junction with Laburnum Road.

RIVER CLOSE, EASTCOTE - Extend the existing double yellow lines on the southeast side near the junction with Elmbridge Drive by 21.7 metres.

ST MARTIN'S APPROACH, RUISLIP - Extend the existing double yellow lines on both sides of the road north of the junction with Pinn Way by 10 metres.
