NOTICE is hereby given that, in accordance with Section 216(1) of the Insolvency Act, 2003, the Liquidator of Castle Investment Fund Limited intends to distribute a full and final dividend to Creditors. Creditors who consider they have a claim against the company, and who have not yet submitted such a claim, are required on or before 25 February 2019, to submit details of their debt, to the Liquidator in writing, together with relevant documentary evidence to support their claim. Failure to submit a claim by the date specified in this Notice will result in exclusion from the distribution of the dividend.
