ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST IN A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given by Hotbed General Partner Limited that, on 14 January 2019, HOTBED PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTMENTS LIMITED of One Eleven, Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HJ assigned £1,575.00 of class 2A capital contribution, £1,573,425.00 class of 2A loan contribution, £2,515.00 of class 3A capital contribution and £2,512,485.00 of class 3A loan contribution in Burcote Wind Hotbed Limited Partnership (LP013401) (the “Partnership”) to the persons listed in the Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 below, as set out in each respective schedule.
