Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 215 of the Companies Act 1931 that a Meeting of the said Company was convened and held at Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man on the 16th day of January 2019 and the following Resolution was duly passed:
“Resolved that the Company be placed in Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, and that David Peter Craine, FCA of Browne Craine & Co, Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up”.
NOTE: This notice is served to comply with the Companies Acts, 1931 – 2004. A Declaration of Solvency has been filed and all outstanding Creditors will be paid.
