Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 f the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 15 January 2019, Fünfte MPC Global Equity Beteiligungs GmbH I.L. transferred the whole of its interest in Baird Capital Partners Europe Fund L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with number LP009876 (the "Partnership"), including a capital contribution of €13, to mcp Opportunity Secondary Program IV, L.P. ("MCP") and Vierte MPC Global Equity Beteiligungs GmbH I.L. transferred the whole of its interests in the Partnership, including its capital contribution of €13 to MCP. Accordingly, with effect from such date, MCP was admitted as a limited partner to the Partnership and Fünfte MPC Global Equity Beteiligungs GmbH I.L. and Vierte MPC Globa Equity Beteiligungs GmbH I.L., ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
