Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
This notice is addressed to persons with an entitlement under the AGF Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (the "Scheme"), which was established on 1 July 1988.
If you are or have been a member of the Scheme and think you are entitled to benefits but have not been contacted in respect of those benefits, or you are a spouse, civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased member, please contact the Trustee of the Scheme by writing to:
AGF Pension Trustees Limited
c/o JLT Benefit Solutions Limited
Post Handling Centre
St James's Tower
7 Charlotte Street
Manchester
M1 4DZ
Telephone: 0345 362 7286
by no later than 15 March 2019. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to.
It is the Trustee’s intention to pay the benefits under the Scheme as lump sums or transfer members out of the Scheme as soon as possible, with a view to winding up the Scheme. If the Trustee is not aware of any entitlement you may have under the Scheme by 15 March 2019 it will not be liable to pay benefits to you.
If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or have received announcements regarding the winding-up of the Scheme and transfer of the Scheme's liabilities to the Allianz Retirement and Death Benefits Fund, you do not need to write to the Trustee as it already has full details about your entitlements.
