Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Fonds De Pensions Nestlé (Fondation Edouard Muller), has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe III 'E' LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP010317, to: (1) HLSF IV Holdings LP; and (2) HL International Investors LP, solely in respect of HL Secondary Opportunities 2018 Series.
