Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 31 December 2018, Northern Trust Company as Trustee for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund transferred its entire interest in Montagu IV LP (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014211) (the “Partnership”) to Prairie State Opportunities Fund, LLC and with effect from 31 December 2018, Northern Trust Company as Trustee for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Prairie State Opportunities Fund, LLC was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
