Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that ICG Enterprise Trust plc, ICG ET Partnership Nominee Limited and Marble House Secondary Plus GmbH & Co. KG have transferred their respective interests in GCP Capital Partners Europe II LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL012526 (the “Partnership”), to mcp Opportunity Secondary Program IV, L.P. Accordingly, ICG Enterprise Trust plc, ICG ET Partnership Nominee Limited and Marble House Secondary Plus GmbH & Co. KG have ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership and mcp Opportunity Secondary Program IV. L.P has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
