Inc. has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group Access 1026 L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL0033059 (the “Partnership”) to BVK Direct Infrastructure 2018, L.P. Inc. BVK Direct Infrastructure 2014, L.P. Inc. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. BVK Direct Infrastructure 2018, L.P. Inc. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
