At a Meeting of the Members of the Company held at Samuel Harris House, St. George’s Street, Douglas, Isle of Man on the 13th November 2018, the following resolutions were passed THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily and THAT Craig Mitchell of Browne Craine & Co., Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man be hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.
