Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 18 December 2018, Akaria Investments Limited (the Transferor) transferred its entire interest as limited partner in Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP009843 (the Partnership), to Green Leaf B 2018 Trustee Limited acting in its capacity as trustee of Green Leaf ZB 2018 Unit Trust (the Transferee), and consequently on that date the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
