Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Partners Group Access 1009 L.P. has transferred its interest in Graphite Capital Partners VII 'D', an English limited partnership with registered number LP12120 (the "Partnership"), to Adveq Splitter Jersey III SLP. As a result, with effect from 30 November 2018, Partners Group Access 1009 L.P. has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership, and Adveq Splitter Jersey III SLP has become a limited partner in the Partnership.
